Admission Details

The school admits students at different levels depending upon availability of seats.

1. The new academic session commences from 1st week of April every year. Name of those students seeking admission to the school are registered after completion and symbolization of prescribed registration –cum-admission form.
2. School takes the admission on the first come-first serve basis without any discrimination of gender/caste/religion or financial status.
3. Admission of children in the school form class L.K.G to 10th will be taken through a small written admission test to judge child’s previous knowledge.
4. Admission is subject to availability of seats, pervious school reports and marks in written admission test.
5. Fee at the time of admission is payable only In cash at the school accounts office.
6. Fee thereafter, is payable through cash, NEFT, online payment mode.
7. Prospectus together with the registration cum-admission form is available every year from of January at the school counter.

SCHOOL FEE RULES

1. Fee is charged for twelve months in every year academic year.
2. 10th of every month is the last date (if not holiday) for depositing the school fee.
3. Name of the students is struck off from school rolls if fee is not paid for two months continuously. Such students will have to pay a fine of Rs.450.00 along with all the school dues for Re-admission.
4. The payment of fee through cheque is not acceptable.(NEFT | Google Pay | UPI is acceptable)
5. Fee for the months of May and June are to be paid at the time of admission.
6. The school authorities are not responsible for less of fee money if paid to risks haw puller, driver or any other unauthorized person or place. The fee is deposited at the fee counter only.
7. Non- payment of fees may debar a pupil appearing in the test and examinations.
8. Report card and transfer certificate will not be issued till all the dues of the school are cleared /paid.

DISCIPLINE

The institution places highest importance on the maintenance of discipline and punctuality. The students are advised to take Discipline not as irk some burden but as a joyous pursuit for their own education and betterment. The ultimate object of school is to inculcate among students the conviction of discipline.
(A harmonic interaction of conviction, feeling, thinking, and doing ).

1. Students should come to school regularly, punctually dressed (uniform) neatly and correctly.
2. Students found guilty of causing damage to school properties will be penalized.
3. Irregular attendance, habitual negligence of studies, disobedience, lack of regard towards the teacher and on becoming behavior will be strongly dealt with.
4. Students will have to maintain strict discipline in and outside the school. Defaulters may even be expelled without refund of any fee and without assigning any reason.
5. Creating nuisance in the classroom, misbehaving with teacher or fellow students etc, would cause struck of name from school rolls besides disciplinary action.
6. All the pupil must be present for the morning assembly where they pray together.
7. A prolonged absence of any student without leave application for 30 days (consecutively) will result in the removal of name from the school rolls.
8. No students is allowed to leave the school premises without obtaining the permission from the principal
9. Maintain the name & honor of the school everywhere.
10. No students are allowed to bring mobile phone, comic and other electronic items etc, in the school campus.
11. School is not responsible for causing injury to any students inside or outside the school campus.
